A good First day can be as simple as a gondola ride, a look along the Cliff Walk and a walk towards Bachalpsee when the path is open. Once beside the water, allow some time to do very little. The Flyer, Glider and downhill rides suit a different sort of afternoon; pick the ones you actually fancy. For the gondola, travel to Grindelwald village station. Grindelwald Terminal is an earlier stop and serves other routes.

Before you go
The Cliff Walk is exposed, so consider how you feel about heights. Check gondola and path status for snow or maintenance closures. Adventure rides have their own participation rules and tickets; a gondola ticket does not automatically include them.
