Stay on Thun's old town square, with the staircase towards the castle just outside. Historic Gem is a restored apartment with two bedrooms and a living room looking onto the square. Dark oak floors, a leather sofa and a marble dining table give the rooms character without asking you to live like a museum visitor.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking, with a Nespresso machine and French press for breakfast. There is a bathroom and a separate shower area, plus a washer and dryer in the apartment. Wi-Fi, a workspace and a smart TV are available. A cot, high chair and board games are useful for families, and pets are welcome.
You have the apartment to yourselves, with self check-in. Access is by stairs and there is no lift, so consider the luggage and everyone travelling before booking. Guests complete the required visitor-registration form after booking.
