How to Request a Refund

Send your booking details and the reason for your request to contact@lakethunstays.com. We review all requests case by case.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Processing speed depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve quickly.

For formal payment disputes, we provide booking records, communication logs, and relevant evidence to the payment processor.
